SPECIAL ELECTION INFORMATION

The City of Fellsmere will hold a SPECIAL ELECTION on August 20,2024, for one (1) Council Member.

The qualifying period begins on Friday June 7, 2024 and concludes on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 12:00 noon.

The qualifying location is the City Clerk's Office, 22 S. Orange Street, Fellsmere, FL 32948.

The City of Fellsmere has 2 qualifying candidates:

Ben Baker and Eric Boissat

July 11, 2024:

Candidate Eric Boissat has withdrawn from the Special Election.

Candidate Ben Baker will be sworn into office at the September 1st, 2024 Council Meeting at 7pm.

GENERAL ELECTION INFORMATION

The City of Fellsmere will hold a GENERAL ELECTION on November 5,2024, for three (3) Council Members.

The qualifying period begins on August 2, 2024 and ends on Friday, August 16, 2024 at 12 noon.

The qualifying location is the City Clerk's Office, 22 S. Orange Street, Fellsmere, FL 32948.

VOTE-BY-MAIL BALLOT RENEWAL

Due to recent changes in election law, mail ballot requests must be renewed more frequently.  All mail ballot requests expired on December 31, 2022.  Voters wishing to vote by mail in the 2024 elections are required to make a new request by visiting VoteIndianRiver.gov or calling the Supervisor of Elections office at 772-226-4700.
